so far...no news is good news as far as the polling goes. jordan vilines joins us live from the board of elections...where they're hoping to avoid a repeat from last november... live in hamilton county alone, there are about 550,000 registered voters so as you can imagine, it is quite an undertaking for officials here at the hamilton county board of elections as they prepare for such a large voter turnout. all hands will be on deck when the polls open here at 6:30 this morning, sherry poland with the board of elections tells us there will be 50 people manning help center phones. add to that...116 troubleshooters in the field visiting pulling locations, working hands on ensure that no issues arise this time as they did with e-poll books during last november's election. officials also say they have 2300 precinct officials trained as well as about 27,000 poll workers...which is more than enough workers to cover all of the counties busiest precincts. live again, officials hope the technical

upgraded charges...in the beating death of a 16-year old girl. investigators confirmed hailey hall died from her injuries monday....2 weeks after 34-year old william arnold is accused of injuring her at the inner circle nightclub on kellogg avenue. arnold is currently jailed on a drug charge... he's due back in court friday. new details on how a maryland police officer died in the line of duty. investigators now say officer jacai juh-kye colson was shot and killed during a gun battle involving three brothers and officers near the police station. officials say the gunman's brother recorded the firefight, and that colson was actually shot by a fellow officer during the ambush.
